How long will it take for my order to arrive?

As the business is just run by me - shipping will take between 1 - 5 days to be posted!

Can I return my order?

All sales are final, I am one person running my small brand and would not be able to organise returns. If there is any issue with your item please email me :)

My order has arrived damaged!

Don’t worry! Just send me an email at tawnie.shop@gmail.com and I can help you by sending you a replacement or refund.

Can I track my order?

If you have paid for tracking within the UK then yes! All international orders are sent tracked. You should receive your tracking number via email.

What metal do you use?

Most of the vintage lockets are gold or sterling silver, all other metal used is stainless steel.
